Dominik Barz Receives $128,000 CFI Funding for Micro Systems

The Canadian Foundation for Innovation (CFI) Has Funded Four Leading Researchers at Queen's

Dr. Dominik Barz is among four researchers at Queen's to receive funding from the Leaders Opportunity Fund of CFI. His research aims to overcome the problems that arise from micro systems being powered by large power supplies.

V-P (Research) Steven Liss says, "These awards will support four of our researchers in their collaborations with business and industry, assist in the acquisition of state-of-the-art research infrastructure, and contribute to the training of a new generation of Canadian research talent."
